Smt.Ruby Sharma an ardent devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba is a Multi faceted Personality.

Born to a middle class family on 21st March 1972, in Meerut Smt.Ruby Sharma lost her parents at a very tender age of 15 years and was brought up at her Maternal Uncle’s Home. She started to experience struggle from that tender age and faced obstacles boldly and in the end she was in a no-win situation. The ups and downs she has seen in her life can make even the coldest of souls empathise.

She got married to Shri.Pankaj Sharma at the age of 20. Describing her journey as a struggle, she says: "the very rist idea of being successful came into my mind while I was in my teenage and after completing my college, I started working in the marketing field, which always allured me. Marketing gave me the confidence to build up my own empire and thereby I started the Gurgaon City News Paper followed by Sai Shraddha Saburi". Her family stood firmly behind her as the backbone in all her phases. She humbly says: "My family were there to support me. To establish such a goodwill, it took all my hard work, my passion towards my growth and within the blink of eyes, I was amazed to see my life and this is all because of my Lord".

After marriage her financial status was not skylark. She worked very hard to feed her family. She brought out 1st directory on Real Estate which conceptualizing Rohini, Dwarka and Gurgaon.

In 2005, she and her husband started a fortnightly Newspaper named “Gurgaon City” which was basically an advertisement Newspaper. This newspaper not only covers Gurgaon but all millenium cities and are experts in the hospitality industry after having made commercial in-roads with brands like Radisson, County Inn, Park Plaza, Sarovar, Westned Inn, Ramada and many more. This magazine has a circulation of over 30,000 and has successfully expanded its horizon in Gurgaon and catered to the entertainment and infotainment needs to update readers on the current city happenings.

Smt.Ruby Sharma conducted events like Rain Dance, New Year Eve and various competitions for kids during the period.

Year 2010 was a turning point in her life This was when she started a regional monthly Newspaper “Sai Shraddha Saburi” , started publishing spiritual tales of Shirdi Sai Baba and worked like a Social Worker. This Newspaper is internatioinally admired for featuring the experiences, occurrences, philosophies and the divine deeds of Shri Sai Baba.

Apart from Business, Smt.Ruby Sharma's blend of philanthropy and servitude to mankind driven by her faith that make her story so unique and worthy of sharing. One of her deeds has been the welfare of visually impaired, handicapped and individuals with special abilities. With the help of her publications, Ruby Sharma organizes regular workshops and conducts special talent hunt for children and individuals with special needs that provides them a platform to showcase their talents and prove their mettle. Ruby also provides free food in the form of langars for the poor every Thursday. She says: "On a personal level, its my passion to support those people with special abilities who are not considered as normal by the common people of our society. Rather than feeling pity for them, I feel the inherited confidence to give them a stage of their own so that they can prove every way out of the given conditiion".

Smt.Ruby Sharma also served in Government of Delhi District Administration. She served as Deputy Commissioner of Police for Gurgaon region during the Common wealth Games in the year 2010. During the tenture, she treated every person equally & made Women feel proud through her conduct.

Smt.Ruby Sharma is a well educated, talented and dynamic lady.  She being a well known Social Worker, Journalist, Management Expert and Entrepreneur has been serving as Editor- In -Chief of the prominent publications like SAI SHRADDHA SABURI, GURGAON CITY, LEISURE AND HOSPITALITY DIRECTORY, FUN WORLD and CITY NEXT for the last many years. 

She is also serving as Chairperson Of Saksham Entertainment (An Event Management Company). Smt. Ruby Sharma is a household name in the fields of Social Work, Journalism, Public Relations, Communication & Management in India & Abroad. She is presently also serving as Editor -In -Chief Of Daily Online Reporter (The Leading Law Publishers And Provider of Legal, Taxation, Corporate And Business Policy Content In India).

She humbly says that Sai Baba and Kids are a source of strength in her life.

She is living with her Husband Shri.Pankaj, Daughters Kum.Nupur and Kum.Tanvi and Son Chi.Saksham Sharma at her New Delhi residence.
