Smt.Rashmi Rekha Rath is a multi faceted Sai Personality. She is a well known Odiya Writer, Columnist, Poetess and a household name in Odiya Sai Literature.

She was born on 15th June 1972 in the cultural city of Cuttack, Odisha to Smt.Indurekha Mishra and Shri.Choudhury Rabindranath Mishra. Her father is a senior auditor with Accountant General of India Office and her mother is a house wife. Even though, she was born in Cuttack, her Schooling started in Bhubaneswar, the Capital City of Odisha. She passed her 10th Standard Board Exam in 1st division from Government Girl's High School, Unit 4, Bhubaneswar. She was very keen in reading books, write Short Stories while she was pursuing her High School Career. She bagged first prize in Essay Competition at School, Inter School, State Level too. Later,  she passed her +2 (in Arts) in 1st Division. She also secured 1st division & distinction in her +3 (Arts) or Graduation from Ramadevi Women's College, Bhubaneswar. She continued writing short stories, poems or College Magazines. Then she completed her M.A. in Sanskrit again in 1st division. She is an avid reader who loves to read Odiya, Hindi Literature during her free time. She got married immediately after completion of her Masters Degree. She also got selected as  Sanskrit Teacher at a Government High School, but her Parents  & Husband wanted her to be a Housewife. Hence,  she had to give up her job.  She kept herself busy in family life. In between, she had stopped writing but did not stop reading books. She started writing a novel on her own life which is yet to be published. She has also written some travel stories, which are yet to be published. 

She visited Sai Baba Temple in Shirdi for the first time in the year 2010. She has never looked back after this first visit to Shirdi. Shri Shirdi Sai Baba's never ending grace & her revered Guruji Dr.C.B.Satpathyji's grace, her perfect upbringing & Spiritual environment in her family – all these have deeply inspired her to incline more and more towards Spirituality. She again started her writing journey, which she had left for almost 10-15 years. With the Divine Grace of Sai Baba, she held her Pen again and she started writing on Sai Literature for many prestigious Sai Baba Magazines. She wrote many Short Stories which have been published in reputed Odiya Magazines. Event though beset with many difficulties in her life, she has profound devotion towards Shri Sai Baba. Her firm dedication & undeterred faith in Shirdi Sai Baba has always kept her busy. She writes Spiritual Writings on Shirdi Sai Baba, Jagannath Culture & many more. she is working as a Columnist for many reputed Odiya Magazines. She is the Chief Administrator of  "Sraddha Saburi & Preaching’s of Guruji Chandrabhanu Satpathyji pages in Face book too. 

She has compiled & edited "Shraddha Saburi-volume 1” which contains the Experiences of many true Sai Devotees and has been successful in creating Spiritual Awakening amongst numerous Sai Devotees in Odisha. Infact, this book was declared as Best Seller.

The success of  Shraddha Saburi-volume 1, encouraged her to publish  “Shraddha Saburi-volume 2” by the grace of Shirdi Sai Baba & her Guruji. She strongly believes that the second one would also be welcomed by the Sai Devotees in the same way as it happened in the case of Volume 1. Shraddha Saburi Volume 1 & 2 have been selected by Odisha State Library, Bhubaneshwar and National Ram Mohan Roy Library, Calcutta.

She has also started the English translation of "Shraddha Saburi volume 1 and 2” due to the raising demand from Non-Odiya Speaking Sai Devotees. The English edition of "Shraddha Saburi Volume 1" was released on 12th November 2017.

She always tries to follow the path envisaged by Shirdi Sai Baba in her daily life. she is serving poor people by providing food & cloth to the needy. She has started a Girl Child Scholarship Scheme at a High School in Odisha at her  in-laws village. She regularly visits Orphanages, Blind Schools and helps them in her own way. She has dedicated all her Royalty Money that she receives from writing of Books and other Spiritual Activities for Charity.

she has published two more books on Shirdi Sai Baba’s Life History titled "Saililamruta"(poem compilation) & "Sutradharaguru" which have been  appreciated and well received by numerous Sai Devotees.

Sai Lilamruta was composed in Musical format and sung by leading Odiya Singer Smt.Binati Bhanja Mohapatra and the same was Telecast under the programme titled "Sai Mangalya" on the one and only Odiya Devotional Channel "Prarthana".

Because of Shirdi Sai Baba's boundless grace, she has involved herself by way of thought, speech and action in spreading Baba's Golden Verses which she wants to continue till her last breath. She has also started editing Volume 3 of "Shradddha Saburi" by the grace of Shirdi Sai Baba. She has engaged herself in writing many more books which would further enrich Sai Literature.

Smt.Rashmi Rekha Rath bagged the prestigious "The Real Super Woman Award 2023" in the Literature Category conferred by Forever Star India on 2nd June 2023.

Smt.Rashmi Rekha Rath is married to Shri.Bibu Ratj and is blessed with One Son Chi.Bignesh and one Daughter Kum.Anindita and is leading a happy and peaceful life at her residence at Bubhaneshwar.
