Sri.S.Raja Dandapani was born on 15th July 1962. His parents are Late Sri.S.R.Sundar and Smt.Narayanamma. He has done B.Com (L.L.B). He started his musical journey at a very early age of 16 years. His father was a Harmonium Vidwan. His father was his first Guru. Later, he learnt Carnatic Classical Music Vocal and Dasara Padagalu from Sangeeta Vidwan Sri.Janardhan. He also learnt Harmonium Basics and Bhajan singing from Sri.Narayanaswamy.

Sri.S.Raja Dandapani can effortlessly sing Sai Bhajans in 8 different Indian Languages like Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Urdu, Sanskrit and Punjabi.

He started singing Sai Bhajans from 1981 onwards and has given Bhajan performances in many Saibaba Temples in Bangalore, Mysore, Chennai and Mumbai.

He has received mementos from Vandavasi Kaliyamma Temple, Chennai and Shirdi Saibaba Temple Chennai for his excellent Bhajan performances.
