Shri.Narendra Sudhakarrao Nashirkar popularly known as "Sai Snehi" amongst his close circles, is a multifaceted Sai Personality and a household name all over Mahrashtra for his "Shri Sai Rudradhyay Sangeet Katha". He is a renowned Sai Bhajan Singer, Writer, Anchor, Preacher, Music Composer,Lyricist and Social Worker.

He was born on 19th October 1964 at Hinganghat Town a native palce of Sai Mahabhakta Hari Sitaram Dixit popularly known as Kaka Saheb Dixit in Wardha District of Maharashtra. His Parents are Smt.Rajani Sudhakarrao Nashirkar and Late Shri.Sudhakarrao Nashirkar.

He was a student of  Bachelor of Science with Mathematics as major subject. He has also completed Diploma in Computer Operator cum Programmer Assistant.

He is serving as Senior Clerk in Helath Department of  Government of Maharashtra .  He worked for Anti Drug Activity, Specially against Ghutka & Mawa , as part of his social service activities.   He has completed 5000 Kilometres of journey across Maharashtra on Bicycle successfully doing Anti Gutka Campaigns and Health Awareness Program.

He has started sai seva work  by the name "Mission Shri Sairudra, Nagpur" to spread the life and teachings of Saibaba under the able guidance of his Guruji and well known Sai Personality Swami Baladevji Bharati of Saidham,  Dhupkhed.

Aim of Mission Shri Sairudra, Nagpur:

The mission aims to spread Saibaba's Life & Teachings through the holy book published by Shri Saibaba Sansthan "Shri Sai Satcharitra". For that Shri.Narendra Nashirkar has chosen the medium of Sangeet Katha of Chapter 11 of Shri Sai Satcharitra. This Chapter 11 is known as "Shri Sai Rudradhyay". This chapter has been separately printed by published by Shri Saibaba Sansthan. In this Chapter, Shirdi Saibaba apart from uttering Eleven Assurances, has also uttered many more significant sayings. Hence, Parayan of Chapter 11 is very beneficial since Saibaba's sayings can never go wrong.   Mission Shri Sairudra, Nagpur has printed both Marathi/Hindi version of this chapter and is distributing freely to the interested Sai Devotees.The Mission feels that through spreading the life and teaching of Saibaba, we can bring about Good Faith, Peace and Communal Harmony in the world.

Ovi 150 - "Whosoever reads this chapter regularly, with faith and devotion, all the problems will be resolved after the completion of the reading with concentration".

Ovi 152 - "Attain the unattainable! Ultimately become desireless! Attain the difficult four-fold mukti and uninterrupted peace".

Ovi 153 - "So be it. Those devotees who desire to enjoy the bliss of Paramartha and perfect knowledge should read this chapter repeatedly, with great respect".

Ovi 154 - "The minds will be purified. Savouring the stories will develop an attitude of spiritual inclinations. They will attain whatever is desired and whatever is not auspicious or desirable will be destroyed. Personally experience Baba".

As a Music Composer and Singer he has brought out 4 Albums. They are: 1. Ma Dongarghadwali launched by T-Series Music Company - Singer & Music Composer. 2. Shivarayachya Shurvirano launched by Venus Music Company. 3. Aaja Bande Dhupgaw, Jaha milegi SaiChaw (Singer-Suresh Wadkar, Raja Hasan, Dialogue- Sudhir Dalvi, Manohar Mahajan, Smita jaykar) - Music Composer and 4. Mere Chottisi Kutiya me Sai Padharona - Music Composer. He has donated amount received from the sale of Aaja Bande Dhupgaw, Jaha milegi SaiChaw and Mere Chottisi Kutiya me Sai Padharona to Sai Sadhan Ashram, Dhoop Gaon for performing Annadan.

He was honoured by the former President of India Smt.Pratibha Patil at Rashtrapathi Bhavan on 9th August 2010 for writing and composing the Theme Song of Rastra Prena Joyti yatra .   He has also been honoured by many Non Governmental Organizations for his Social Work.

He was honoured by M/s.Sai TV Hyderabad on 19th May 2018 on the auspicious occasion of Shri Sai Satcharitra Mahotsav at Hyderabad. Incidentally, Shri.Narendra Nashirkar also completed 175th Sai Katha successfully on the occasion.

He is happily married to Smt.Monika Narendra Nashirkar. At present he is living with his Wife, Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law and and is leading a peaceful life at his Nagpur Residence in Maharashtra.
