Sri.B.Karthik Krishna is a young budding artist from Bangalore. He is known for his Charcoal Art, Graphite Pencil Sketches and Paintings portraying Sri Sai Baba, giving a new contemporary perspective to the drawing.

He was born on 1st of November 1990 at Bangalore, Karnataka. His parents are Late. Sri. Balaji Ravindra who was a Manager in Bank of Maharashtra, a well-known Singer, Flutist, and Smt.C.S.Krishnaveni an employee in Bank of Maharashtra, Bangalore who was also inclined towards art gave him and his twin sister Kum.Kruthika Balaji (Classical Dancer), the encouragement, support, and hope to a great extent for their bright future. Along with his mother, he also got support, guidance and inspiration in pursuing art from his maternal aunt Kum.Triveni who is a great artist and an architect, in Bangalore.

He completed his Diploma in Architecture at APS polytechnic college and Bachelor degree in Architecture at R V School of Architecture. He was also working as a guest faculty at APS Polytechnic College. At present, he is pursuing Masters of Architecture at Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland, New Zealand.

He started drawing when he was around 2 years old. By the blessings of Shri Sai Baba his passion in art was recognized and appreciated by his grandfather Late Sri.Sreepadachar and Grandmother Smt.Uma Bai. They initiated him to participate in many events and drawing Competitions. He has Participated in many painting competitions on Social Cause, creating awareness through his drawings. In 2006, he won first place in a painting competition conducted by Jayadeva Heart Foundation, Bangalore to spread awareness regarding the issue of Heart attacks in India which gave him more confidence to participate in an International painting competition conducted by EPSON International Private Limited where he grabbed third place. Later in 2011, he was offered to make drawings for a Book titled Sri Ramacharita Manasa by Late. Smt. Nirmala Rajaram, which gave him another offer to show his talent for a Book titled Sri Bhagavatha by Smt.Manjula Latha.

His paintings and drawings of Gods appear very special as it portrays the activities of the God that no one is able to see but only through his artistic imaginations he creates them which in turn makes us feel that God is within us. He would like to do more Paintings and Drawings of Sri Sai Baba with the blessings of all Sai devotees around the World.
