Chennai to Shirdi by Train Information:
Under this section, we have provided details about Regular Train Service to Shirdi from Chennai. Devotees may kindly note that when they are traveling through Pune trains to alight at Pune Junction Railway Station. From there are plenty of private Bus Service/Taxi Services available to Shirdi which approximately takes 5 hours journey from Pune junction Railway Station. The train schedules are given below for the benefit of Sai Devotees.
A new Railway Station has been recently opened near to Shirdi Town by name Sainagar Railway Station. Kindly note that devotees can book the tickets online for summer special trains by clicking the Fast Booking link available in http://www.irctc.co.in. Devotees may also note that train tickets under Physically/Mentally Handicapped quota cannot be booked online and can be booked only at the Railway Reservation Counters.
Devotees are requested to check Train Fares/Train Schedules from the respective websites as the fares/schedules are subject to change from time to time.
Cable Car / Wheel chair facility is made available by Railway Authorities at Major railway stations for the benefit of physically handicapped persons. The devotees are requested to contact respective station managers for further assistance.

Chennai to Shirdi by Air Information
There are no direct flights to Shirdi at present. The devotee needs to take a flight from Chennai to Pune/Mumbai and then travel by Road to Shirdi. The devotees can also take a train from Pune/Mumbai to Shirdi and alight at Kopergaon/Sainagar Railway Stations depending upon the train availability. The journey from Pune/Mumbai to Shirdi takes approximately 5 Hours.
